In a small pot or deep frier add Smart Balance Cooking Oil on medium heat. Crack one egg and wisk in bowl with Ground Black Pepper & GJDJS. Add Garlic Bread Crumbs to another bowl. Slice Zucchini & Squash into 1/4 inch full length slices and dip in egg wash and then into breadcrumbs.  Fry Z&S until golden brown and drain on plate with paper towel. Season to taste. 



Dice Green Pepper, Marinated Mushrooms and Yellow Onion. In a medium pan add one tablespoon of EVOO & Smart Butter. Sautee with Ground Black Pepper,TSS and  GJDJS until browned. 


Slice Avocado and season with GJDJS. 


Wash and plate lettue. Top with Fried Z&S, sauteed veggies, avocado and Thai Chili & Ginger Sauce. Serve and Enjoy!





Add a tablespoon of EVOO to a medium pan along with Fresh Garlic until light brown, then add the MSVGB. Cook until begins to brown add Orgaic Taco Seasoning and cook until slightly crispy. 


Slice Yellow Squash, Yellow Onion & Green Pepper and sautee in pan with GJDJS until golden brown. Remove from heat and place in a bowl. 


Brown Organic Flour Tortilla and spread Smart Butter one side. Add pepperjack cheese and cover with veggie mix. Top with MSVGB, Spring Mix Lettuce, Organic Salsa & Sour Cream. Serve and Enjoy!
