SAUTEED SHIITAKE MUSHROOM + KALAMATA OLIVE SCRAMBLER

DIRECTIONS

Dice Shiitake Mushrooms, Red Onion, Kalamata Olives, fresh Basil & Galic. Add a tablespoon EVOO, Smart Butter into a medium then add fresh garlic and cook until light brown.  Add mushroos, onion, olives & basil and season with a pinch of Ground Black Pepper, TSS & GJDJS. Continue cooking until sauteed to your liking. 

 

In a small bowl whisk 1 whole egg and 1 egg white (you can do your eggs your way or substitute with Egg Beaters). Add a 1/4 cup of Intalian Shreaded 4 Cheese Blend & one diced slice of Go Veggie Pepper Jack Cheese and continue to wisk. Season with a pinch of Ground Black Pepper, TSS & GJDJS.

 

Pour egg & cheese into pan with sauteed mixture fold into other ingredients and cook until cheese is melted and egg are cooked to your liking. Serve and Enjoy!

 

 

 

ROSEMARY POTATO SCRAMBLER

DIRECTIONS

Dice Kalamata Olives & Roasted Red Peppers. Add a tablespoon EVOO, Smart Butter into a medium then add olives, red peppers, Marinated Mushrooms, Diced Tomatoes & Rosemary Potato Chowder.  Season with Cracked Ground Black Pepper, & GJDJS. Continue cooking until sauteed to your liking. Add 

 

In a small bowl whisk 3 egg whites (you can do your eggs your way or substitute with Egg Beaters). Add a 1/4 cup of Go Veggie Cheddar Pepper Jack Shredded Cheese and continue to wisk. Season with a pinch of Ground Black Pepper, TSS & GJDJS.

 

Pour egg & cheese into pan with sauteed mixture fold into other ingredients and cook until cheese is melted and egg are cooked to your liking. Slice some Avocado and place on top. Serve and Enjoy!

 

CAULIFLOWER & MUSHROOM SCRAMBLER

DIRECTIONS

In a medium sauce pan add Veggie Stock and Cauliflower. Dice Yellow Onion and Roasted Red Peppers. Add a tablespoon EVOO, Smart Butter into a medium pan then add onion, red peppers & Marinated Mushrooms. Season with Cracked Ground Black Pepper, & GJDJS. Once cauliflower is fork tender remove from sauce pan, drain, add to pan along with Kake & Spinach Medley and continue cooking until sauteed to your liking.  

 

In a small bowl whisk 3 egg whites (you can do your eggs your way or substitute with Egg Beaters). Add a 1/4 cup of Go Veggie Cheddar Pepper Jack Shredded Cheese and continue to wisk. Season with a pinch of Ground Black Pepper, TSS & GJDJS.

 

Pour egg & cheese into pan with sauteed mixture fold into other ingredients and cook until cheese is melted and egg are cooked to your liking. Serve and Enjoy!
