JERK VEGGIE SAUSAGE & FRIED EGGPLANT 

BREAKFAST BUNDLE

DIRECTIONS

In a small pan add 1 tablesppon of Smart Butter and Morning Star Breakfast Pattie(s). Season with GJDJS, add Organic Veggie Broth and a Teaspoon of GFSHS. Stir and and pour over MSBP. Cook at medium heat until browned on both sides and remove from flame.

 

In a small pot or deep frier add Smart Balance Cooking Oil on medium heat. Crack one egg and wisk in bowl with Ground Black Pepper & GJDJS. Add Garlic Bread Crumbs to another bowl. Slice Eggplant into 1/4 inch slices and dip in breadcumbs then into egg wash and back into breadcrumbs.  Fry Eggplant until golden brown and drain on plate with paper towel. Season to taste. 

 

 

Slice Red Peppers into long half in strips. Pour two cups of Organic Veggie Stock into medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add Red Pepper and cook until fork tender. Add one tablespoon or EVOO & Smart Butter to a small pan and add Red Pepper & Baby Portabella Mushroom. Sautee along with sliced Red Onion, Ground Black Pepper & GFDJS and remove from pan once lightly browned. 

 

Toast Thomas's English Muffin and Smart Butter both side. Place Red Pepper & Red Onion to bottom have of TEM. Then ad mushroom, pattie, slice of Go Veggie Pepper Jack, Fried Eggplant and top with othe half of TEM. Serve and Enjoy!

 

 

KALE EGG WHITE BREAKFAST BUNDLE

SPICY VEGGIE PATTIE POTATO PANCAKE  

DIRECTIONS

In a small pan add 1 tablesppon of Smart Balance Butter and Morning Star Spicy Breakfast Pattie(s) and season with GJDJS. Cook at medium heat until browned on both sides and remove from flame. In a toaster oven or oven bake the Golden Potato Pancake(s) until golden brown and seaon with GJDJS & Cracked Black Pepper.

 

In a medium pan add 1 tablespoon of Smart Balance butter and handul of Baby Kale. Season with pepper & GJDJS and saultee.  Crack one egg and and remove yoke. Combine egg whitel Go Veggie Pepperjack Cheese and Kale in pan and cook to your liking. 

 

Toast Thomas's English Muffin and Smart Butter both side. Place Egg white, Kale & cheese to bottom portion of muffin. Place veggie pattie & potato pancake on top and cover with top of muffin. Serve and Enjoy!
